Terms and Conditions Dice Theater (Dice)
- Registration is non-refundable. Only exception is a cancelled course. Service fee cannot be refunded. Please make sure about your schedule before registering.
- Dice reserves the right to remove a student from class for breach of code of conduct.
- If you miss more than 3 classes without making them up you may not be able to continue to the next level.
- Any incident of harassment could be reported to a third party.
- No consumption of drugs, alcohol, or use of tobacco products (including e-cigarettes) is permitted during class.
- If a student is suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will be asked to leave the class for that week (out of respect for the other students).
- On registration you consent to film, photography and sound recordings on behalf of the theater in which you may be included as a student. This also precludes that you consent to its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.

- Dice is not responsible for any loss or damage to guest's personal belongings.
- By purchasing a ticket you consent to film, photography and sound recordings on behalf of the theatre in which you be may be included as a member of the audience. This also precludes that you consent to its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright. No food or drink purchased off the premises may not be brought into the theater.

Dice Theater aims to make theater accessible for everyone and provide a safe and fun space for performing, learning and watching theater. Dice do not tolerate sexual harassment, verbal abuse, physical abuse or emotional abuse. Help us provide an environment free of harassment and abuse of any kind.
